BasicTankInformation
o HEIGHT – Distance from the transducer
faceto
thebottomofthetank.
o FILL‐H–Maximumfillheightoftheliquid
fromthebottomofthetank.
SetPoints:
o You will need the measured distance
from the bottom of the tank to each set
point.Thesevalueswillallbeinthesame
distance
value (inches, centimeters, feet
ormeters)and will all be measuredfrom
thebottomofthetank.
Power:
o ProvideinputpowertotheEchoSwitch®
Note: The Height and Fill‐Height settings also determine the 4 to 20 mA current span.The Height setting
determinesthe4mApositionandtheFill‐Hsettingdeterminesthe20mAposition.
Getting Around the TOP‐LEVEL MENU:EchoSwitch® is
configured by the use of three push buttons (UP, DOWN and
SELECT)andaLCDdisplay.
As a lockout feature, the buttons are inactive until the SELECT
button is held down for 5 seconds, and then the display will
begintoscrollthroughthetopleveloftheconfigurationmenu.
TOP‐LEVELMENU
The TOP‐LEVEL MENU will continue to scroll
through the items listed to the right until the
SELECTbuttonispressed.
To return to the Normal / Operational mode of
EchoSwitch®,pressSELECTwhileRUNappearsin
thedisplay.
